Beef Stir Fry

Will make about 2-3 Servings

Flank Steak (or whatever beef of your choice)
2 Cups of Regular White Rice
Can of Baby Corn
Can of Bamboo Shoots
Can of Straw Mushrooms
2 cups of broccoli (frozen or fresh)
1 Green bell pepper
1 Red bell pepper
Stir Fry sauce (both regular and Spicy) amount to your liking
1 tsp of brown sugar
1tsp chopped garlic
Olive Oil
Salt
Pepper

Grill your flank steak and then keep in the oven on a warm temperature until ready to be sliced and served.
Slice thin the red and green bell peppers and toss into a frying pan, drizzle with olive oil, salt, and freshly ground pepper. Put in your chopped garlic. Keeping on medium heat, add broccoli and bamboo shoots.

Start boiling the water for your rice, make about 2 cups per 2 servings. cook until fluffy

Now add the Baby corn (we prefer to put this in last to help preserve some of the crunch.

Add the Spicy Stir fry sauce and the regular stir fry sauce to your vegetables to your own taste. (i like alot of sauce) Add the brown sugar to sweeten up your sauce to help diffuse the dry spice in the spicy sauce.

cook until vegetables are soft and to your liking.

Slice your flank steak in strips and set aside. You may also cook these in with the vegetables if you would like them to absorb the sauce and have more of a universal flavor.

Plate your rice, scoop vegetables on top and then place your steak strips over. Drizzle with additional sauce.

ENJOY!
